Help keep the guides useful
Send corrections to webmaster@offtothegolf.com. Include the address of the page and explain which sentence, date or link needs attention. An organiser, venue or transport operator’s own announcement is especially useful for a change to event arrangements.
A request is considered against the linked evidence. Where a factual change is supported, the relevant passage and any affected metadata are updated together. If the source leaves a detail uncertain, the wording should reflect that uncertainty. A spelling correction does not imply that every fact on the page has been checked again.
For tickets, refunds, accessible parking reservations and hotel changes, contact the organiser or booking provider handling your order. Please leave ticket barcodes, payment card details and sensitive documents out of a correction email.
Which source should I send?
For dates and venues, use the championship organiser’s current event page. For train times, bus stops or route changes, use the relevant operator’s timetable or service notice. A hotel listing can support its own facilities, but it cannot confirm the event’s shuttle arrangements.
Tell us when you noticed the problem. If an official page gives conflicting details in two places, include both links and explain the difference. That helps distinguish an actual change from an outdated paragraph. Suggestions about clarity, accessibility or a confusing journey description are welcome too; you do not need to provide a source for how a page reads.
Does Your Duck Quack operates the site at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN. About the site explains the editorial approach, and the privacy notice describes correspondence and personal information.
When an event changes
A change to a future tournament can affect several guides at once. Include the event name as well as the page address so the date, venue and journey references can be checked together. If your concern is urgent travel disruption, use the operator’s live service information for the journey itself.
