What to include
For an editorial question, identify the event and the page you were reading. If a journey description is confusing, tell us the starting point and which part needs explaining. You can share the public URL of an organiser’s update without sending your private booking confirmation.
For a site problem, describe what happened and the device or browser you used. A broken page address or the wording of an error helps locate the issue. Please avoid including personal details that are unnecessary to investigate it. The privacy notice explains how correspondence is handled.
For booking questions, look at the confirmation from the seller first. That should identify the provider responsible for the ticket, package, hotel room or transfer. The website operator cannot change a third-party reservation, but the guides link to official event pages where organiser contact routes can be found.
